From this morning's Morgan Stanley research:

"Based on three days of pre-trial testimony, we believe that a narrow interpretation of bus may occur; however, the judge may decide to hire his own expert which may delay the case.

...Although we are not patent lawyers, we believe that a more narrow interpretation on the bus issue may occur that could increase Rambus' legal risk.

...In our view, Rambus investors still face high risk until the trial begins and may want to hedge their positions."

It is important to note that this information is coming from Rambus' investment banker.
