Here's the whole paragraph: Although we are not patent lawyers, based on testimony in the Markman hearing over the last three days, we believe that a more narrow interpretation on the bus issue may occur that could increase Rambus' legal risk. However, we believe the judge may decide to consult his own expert before rendering the Markman opinion which may delay the start of the trial further. In the Markman proceedings, each party presented one expert witness. If the judge decides to adopt the narrower interpretation, we believe Rambus has many claims in its patents that apply beyond the bus.
