Which is why we need to start drilling off the coast of Santa Barbara and in the ANWR. It would reduce the amount of oil that is lubricating the plates, and stop the movement. Think of it, an earthquake-free legacy for future generations...

Here in Texas we understand such things. Some times appropriate application of grease can makes things easier, other times not. You have to have a sense of balance and right-sizing.
