Hi dis I never typed in NDE in SI before and low and behold
there you were.
I have been an investor in NDE for years,even in the
days of it being an RIET.After divesting itself from those
days,its turned around.I was hoping for more rate cuts and
get mortgage rates to unheard of lows (pre-1960)5---5 1/2%
that may not happen now.
