Anyone out there interested in a coal-based yield play? Payout near 11%/year, 70% tax-protected (no double-taxation on that portion of payout). They had some minor cost issues last quarter, but unit price, like its common stock bretheren, is near a 52-week high.

I'm familiar with this type of play because I grew up in iron mining country. Royalty trusts are quite common in the mining and timber industries.

What risks are there besides coal price and unit valuation?

If you know of other natural resource yield plays, let's talk!
