Greenspan

Overall I think he has been slipping for quite some time. I thought he was a better Fed chairman before he started working too close with Rubin. He got himself in a bubble on a series of mistakes on the impact of past financial crises'. He reacted to those, now he is fearful.

I really think we need to push for term limits on the Fed Chairman. It is inevitable that people get complacent in their discipline, although he is still about average I would say now. Being made too dependent on this guy is dangerous---and I understand he is wanting to kill that image. Again, the furture should include term limits. He did create a bubble from 1995 to the present malaise.
