Maybe we should start a pool. My guess: March 8

G* will want to release something before the line waiting outside bk court gets too long. In my understanding, as soon as March 15, a real C11 suit could be filed. But they need to wait some minimal interval to give QCOM cover, since mgmt there claimed they hadn't seen a new business plan yet.
