Hi PeterR1700,

Storie Partners is a large shareholder of EarthLink at over 5%. They are by no means our largest shareholder. The three original founders and all other insider's own over 50% of EarthLink share's. Additionally, the Quantum Fund (a Soros fund) owns over 7% of our stock. You will probably see one additional 13D filer in the next several months. As for the rest, EarthLink is growing nicely, we now have over 310K members (up from 272K) at the end of last quarter and expect continued improvements toward profitability over the coming quarters.

I am not sure as to what you meant by MSN's demise. They still have over 2M subscriber's that they provide some type of access to. I will say that I think that Microsoft wants to be a content provider long term with MSN getting $4.95 per subscriber and leave the access to people like us. Hope this answers your question.
