Murali.

I have spent more time that I believe this firm warrants. Your comments about Amazon and the need or desire of Wa-Mart to buy them are wishful thinking..

I have done my FA. Amazon, the company as we know it is done. Pureplay B2C firms will never be profitable. The exception are service firms such as travel and financial.

A buy out plan on your part as a equity holder makes no sense. Amazon has a negative book value of $968 million at the end of fiscal 2000. That negative book value number is increasing faster now that it has in the past. The bond holders have priority over equity holders.

This is the FA of the company. I can't say what the stock price will do between now and bankruptcy but it will be zero at bankruptcy. Do as you please and I wish you the best.

Glenn
