That is a very good argument for the individuality of the conceptus. Pregnant shmegnant. To cause the death of another person is killing. It does not matter if it is done at the earliest stage (pre-implantation) or the latest,(partial birth abortion). We are fully human, and unique from the moment of conception. Yes the child will die if it fails to implant, but so will a newborn if it is not fed and cared far. If one caused a newborn child to die by preventing it from receiving the necessities of life, that would be considered murder. I see no difference. To claim that this is not abortion, seems highly disingenuous to me.
