Glenn,
I do understand that you have done more due diligence on this company than any other person. However, I do stand firm that this company is not going busto as is expected by many others. Your assumption is, that going forward it will be business as usual where as my assumptions are quite to the contrary. It would be stupidity on part management and major investment houses to see this company bleed to oblivion and I am sure someone will step upto the plate to change the current course.
I do see some value in this company with few assumptions.

1. There will be scaling back of additional debt
2. Tweaking the current business model
3. Dissolve the bleeding tributaries of Amazon (means lot of layoffs)
4. Modestly raising prices in areas where there is no etail competetion.
5. Once major etailers go kapoot, file for chapter 11 and then reorganize. That should partly take care of debt/creditor problem
6. Coyishly play song and dance with other suitors.

As I said, I am putting a little bit of money into it and will continue to see how this thing plays out.
