Dale, I have always found this to be a funny question. :-) As we are a public company, we by default entertain offers each and every day. Seriously, though, I don't think the Digex buyout impacts our activities. EarthLink was evaluating Digex as a potential provider for some of our backbone and dial IP business. They are more a potential partner even though some areas of our product offerings overlap. With BBN becoming a part of GTE and now Digex, who knows what may happen. cgb
