Kind of hard to have a recovery when you haven't hit bottom yet. The market fall has to reverberate through the economy to all sectors. Real Estate needs to fall back to levels of a couple years ago, for instance. Bankruptcies, foreclosures etc. It hasn't really begun yet. Lots of people are still oblivious. Give it a few more months... Jim
