Kevin,

I think the AMCC fellow hit it on the head. There is no reason for a rally since nothing at all has hinted to a turn in earnings outlook anywhere in tech yet. Until then, why fight the trend?

I'm not going to guess where a turn may come. In the big scheme of things, the bad news can hardly be considered 'all out' and until I sense we are close to that point, I'll stay short or flat.

Yikes, JNPR 50's BRCM 40's NEWP 40's AMCC , PMCS... capitulation is still ahead imo.

The market has been one of extremes and I don't think we are at an extreme yet, in valuations.

I know, it's hard to short at these levels. But it's better than the pain of getti/td>ong into this worldwide tech slowdown.

Regards
