Dear John G, I will start by hopefully clearly up one huge misconception about our customer base. ELNK member poputlation is about 50% business and/or professional use. Last year our high end services, ISDN, frame relay and web hosting represented about 9% of our total revenues whereas this year they will likely represent around 15%. Our growth to date has predominantly been driven by dial up services which does not necessarily equate to consumers or individuals. DIGX's was selling high end services like point-to-point T-1 and burstable T-1 along with frame relay and web hosting. They had focused on building a national back bone to provide these services but in reality were a very small player compared to UUNET, PSiNet or BBN Planet. I don't know what their average revenue per subscriber is but I dare say they would look more like PSiNet than EarthLink. Our revenue per member per month on a net basis is a touch over $20 and on a gross basis it's about $23. The difference is that we have to deduct refunds, chargebacks and customer referral credits against our gross. This is a GAAP requirement. Hope this answers your question.
