The message appeared on America-On-Line Company Research Message
Boards. Motley Fool will not allow NCCI on their message boards
due to stock price under $5. Because of little or no accountability
on the message boards, I am wary of rumors and posts that do not
have a reliable third party reference in which to verify the facts,
or lack thereor. NCCI is a company that I do not follow as closely
as others and may be in part, because the management, investor's
relations and public relations individuals and I have not developed
a continuing flow of information. NCCI bears watching, however, I
am unlikely to buy additional shares in the near future. Bill Turnage
