Integrion Financial Network, a consortium of IBM Corp. and 16 large North American banks, has delivered a new offer to
acquire Visa Interactive, the home banking unit of Visa International. One industry source says the proposal is being
pushed by Integrion's owner banks, many of which are major Visa credit card issuers. Sources also say Integrion does
not plan to use Visa Interactive's bill payment processing capability and its owner banks ***want Integrion to outsource
remittance processing to CheckFree Corp***. (My emphasis). Several of Integrion's owner banks, including Barnett Banks, Bank of America,
Banc One Corp. and First Chicago NBD Corp., already have bill payment processing agreements with CheckFree.

This is the biggest news to hit CKFR yet.....
