Jerome, 1. "cultural bias". Please explain this term re: fed 2. It doesnt have to be stated for fed to realize that nasdaq is/was/should/shouldnt be the driver. Cant make policy without concerning themselves with the effects on the market regardless of what fed charter says. Mike PS My desperate call for a rally was heeded. 1 time out of 100 isnt a bad average.
