I disagree completely. What is wrong with raising and lowering taxes as you need them rather than overcharging. Government has no incentive to save money; and if they give the money back until they need it, they will be less inclined to spend it.

And Smirk setup a situation where even those few services will be compromised until they can get it straightened out. The fact that some people were warning about this before the tax cut was passed just means they were fuzzy-minded liberals that didn't understand what they were talking about...

My son lives in San Antonio. Works for police Dept. He is happy with the sevices he gets for the taxes he pays. And that is what the people of texas voted for. I live in a liberal state, where we are taxed to death. At least the corruption doesn't appear to be as bad here as in Wash.
