Although QCOM stated this at the meeting, this is probably an error. India's appropriate ministry
commented (info published earlier on this or buy range) that they would provide only four 5MHz chunks from the 800MHz band AND that they could provide another four 5 Mhz chunks from another band which, my memory tells me was in the PCS frequency area.

I really felt that the information provided earlier on SI was a little more detailed and accurate than that
provided at the shareholders meeting. Clearly this is a late breaking development because, Dr. J , at the
Q1 conference call, was not up to speed on India and failed to answer an India question.
