I guess "we will crash you" is not dead yet :-)) Segmentation worked with k6 but seems to beginning to backfire as AMD entering higher GM segments. Intel's strategy to keep amd in retail low end and drive the prices down was working only when higher GM segments were making up for those low end celerons. Now intel is taking over low end while amd is moving into 1st high end or retail, then laptops and now commercial workstations and servers (compaq). Intel's chips are slower and more expensive to make while the margin requirements are twice of amd's. Intel's quality reputation is down the drain and yet "we will crash you" lives on....
