Alright, there are lots of rumors, or maybe just strange memory collisions in my head that tell me that Mitsumi or Mitsubishi, or someone has some hold as competition for Iomega. If this is true, will someone please verify it for me?

I know Matsushita-Kutoboki electronics is involved with Compaq on the infamous, yet pathetic, LS-120. I have had strange mismemories saying that it was Mitsubishi-Kutoboki, which does not exist.

Where do Mitsumi and Mitsubishi fit in?
