Re: Nextel. I was surprised when Irwin said that Nextel's CEO has announced in some interview they were going 1X. I remember reading that the CEO said EDGE was out and that they were evaluating 1x, but not a public statement it was so. Has anyone else see this, or did Irwin let something slip? (Not that it will surprise anyone, but it would be nice to see a BIG announcement.) And Irwin did make it sound like they were already working with Nextel on a dual mode chip. Does anyone know if QCOM will need to work with MOT on this? Does MOT have the IPR for iDEN?
