Seybold: As far as Cingular is concerned I don't for a minute think that they would make the same mistake as AT&T--how do you support 4 data technologies and 5 voice technologies on the same network??

But Andy did not answer the big question. Does Cingular wait for WCDMA or do they go 1X?!
