C-Cube's not going to grow this year. They sell into 5 markets: The professional encoder market: They have already stated this market is flat for the year. VCD: This market is declining. STB: Slow growth this year. They need to win market share and get more silicon in each settop. I don't see that this year. ASPs will drop at least 30%. DVD: DVD is expected to grow a little over 50% this year. ASPs decline. Only small growth. Codec: Any wins that ship this year will be in small quanties. Not enought to make up for other declining markets.
