The timing on my post for looking into a rear view mirror could not have been any better. As I was writing it the market was just beginning to move on that IBM rumor. Absolutely amazing the way things work. They even managed a positive close for both AMZN and LU. I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow but I can tell you that stocks are under significant pressure. The rallies we are seeing are fleeting and desperate. Take a look at the last hour of trading for just about any tech stock and you will see a trend in prices that is unsustainable. Fast and furious! Based on ORCL's announcement who do you think was more excited the guy buying into the position or the one selling? Thirty minutes after the close we had that answer. If this move has legs it will digest ORCL's news and at least close out the week strong. If not let this be another example of the way the game is played.
