What's happening is the top people running the show in the USA have stop many big budget outlays as they wait and see what happens to the economy, this kind of action snow balls, effecting everyone up and down the ladder. It's very important to turn around the psychology in both the consumer and the corporate world before it all gets out of hand, > IMO the problem has already occured... rosy projections of trees growing to the sky creating mal-investment financed by credit by both corperations and individuals. Charts on debt in the U.S. [both corperate and individuals] look like the NASD chart, and the % of such to GDP blow away all in history. So the underbrush must be cleared out... the mistakes have been made, positive thinking wont' change anything, the cash flow doesn't exist to support the investment in the economy IMO. DAK
