I do believe we will next calender quarter will see increasing IT committments from corporations.
1. For firms who borrow new lower rates on 3/21--maybe 3/4 or 1 point lower a possibility
2. tax cut withholding reductions in place as early as april--immediate affect on demand side as money is in hands of consumer.
3. ceos reticence to spend which larry alluded to will diminish as 1&2 kick in and this lousy quarter ends on march 31.

RE Oracle Isnt it amazing that business slowed only in the last few days. Oracle products save folks money and are a must for old economy and new economy cos. They will be the first to be rehired. And they are not in the equipment business so its only software that is needed at least at first.
