My understanding is that the Supreme Court census decision addressed the constitutional issue of whether corrected census datat could be used to determine the number of congress members each state would have.

The remaining issues have to do with which set of data may or must be used to for congressional and state legislative redistricting within states, and for federal funding apportionment.
