Jim: Thanks for sharing with us your favorite parts of the excellent Molly Ivins analysis piece that I posted. My favorite part is the following:

So D-Dubya-I will get a one-year tax break of around $66,000 if his tax plan goes through?! And wait a minute, it's retroactive!

Multiply that X 4 and GWB pockets a cool quarter-million during his four years in office. Kind of makes Clinton look like a piker by comparison, doesn't it?

I also liked your immigrant bashing in the last paragraph. Maybe what you ought to do is start a campaign to tear down the Statue of Liberty ... like the Afghans are tearing down the statues of Buddha.
