Who said anything about ethics? I'm sure that the salespeople in question honestly believe they can reach their goals, and that the CEO fully expects they will do so (or else...). I've met Rick Hill and a fair number of other NVLS executives, and have nothing but respect for their integrity. But honest people can still be mistaken. Katherine
