Seems to me that Blodgett would be the easier target in a suit. Between the ludicrous $400 call on the 'Scam, his unwarranted bullishness on INSP and many other bloated I-nets, and his admission in the Washington Post that many of his buy recos were "pieces of $hit"....combined with the mounting outrage toward his profession, would be powerful ammo to a good class-action attorney. If the thing went to a jury anytime in the next 2 years, he's toast. If nothing else, a suit like this will keep analysts heads down and force them to be a bit less self serving. I'm not a great proponent of using litigation to solve the nation's woes, but this is one instance where it has potential to do some good.
