Criminals always will find a way around loopholes. Do you really think someone intent on armed robbery will decide to obey gun control laws? That's why Clinton and other Dems' calls for campaign finance "reform" were and are so ridiculous. Clinton broke them at will. The only remedy is to elect honest people. Clinton is the first Prez since the last impeached Dem to sell pardons. Why should other Prez's lose that equitable power because of one thug?
