IDT is every bit as specious, but hey, we have a start at
rationality, at least, with the effectual admission by those that came up
with IDT that creationism was a non-scientific construct.


I find it fascinating to watch the tug of war that goes on between the religious absolutists and those who look for compatibility with the secular world. I find myself sitting on the fence observing rather than rooting consistently for one side or the other. Yesterday I opted for common ground with Neocon on morality/obligations. Still in that mode, I guess, because IDT seems like mere fuzzy thinking whereas creationism is ridiculous. Fuzzy thinking is better than no thinking at all. Or is it?
