qcom, and a few others i mentioned had begun a basing over the last two months...the last two weeks caused these issues to fall off the precipice, with a sharp decline in price...but unlike many other issues they appear to have gathered strength and rebounded....if they can move back into the basing this in my opinion is a very positive situation...in fact the sharp down move would then be akin to a reverse parabolic..... notice at the moment those that are up are those that have been attempting a base...conversely those that are down have yet to settle....it's all in supply and demand of shares....too many have over head supply and low cost basis long term shares that are being dumped...once a balance begins, so does a basing action... i notice tom has made a bold move on cmrc...this is a stock which is high risk as it seeks a bottom....no more then a pure gamble...wouldn't rush out and follow if faith is all you are investing on...this is a selective market and rewards will go to issues with strong fundamentals and improving technicals.....history repeats....
