The bigger worry is that the phantom 'surplus' diversions occur out of our social security and medicare funds into the pickpockets of corporate welfare queens and useless military toy factories to keep Trenty Lott's constituents fat and sassy.

No matter, behind their gated communities, they won't have to see the mentally ill dumped out into the streets of the poorer sections of urban areas that they never visit, due to funding cut for valid social purposes. Reaganism redux. Fool me twice........
