More and more you are seeing suits being filed dealing with what folks say on the internet....are they accountable or not......the number of suits filed is staggering and grows more and more as the internet becomes more widely used. Lastly, it is no secret, and Tom knows this....lots of people follow him. For every person that loves him and respects him, there is another that deplores him, mocks him and hopes bad things upon him. I'm not saying this is a good thing....it is a sad thing IMO. Anyway, knowing your a target, aren't you better deploring at least a little defense? I would be extra prudent and say yes, a little defense sure can't hurt. JMO and trying to watch out for Tom......
