It becomes Bush's economy when his program is passed.

It is infuriating the deceptions Dems play. Clinton comes in during a booming economy and proclaims it "the worst in 50 years" and then tries to take credit.

Clinton leaves office with the economy and markets in sharp decline and then the Demheads blame the new Prez, who's been in office a matter of days - all the while the Demheads are fighting tooth and nail the plan that will bring recovery from the Clinton recession.
