IIRC you have an A7M266 motherboard with PC2100 DDR RAM. I am currently testing the same motherboard but was slightly disappointed with the memory performance. With SANDRA 2001 I get about 560/710 (CPU/FPU memory bandwidth in MBytes/sec) with CAS 222 and BIOS 1.003. With an A7V133, PC133 CL2 and the latest BIOS I get 525/618 which is only 10-15% lower. Do you have similar scores? I wonder why the bandwidth isn't increasing more? It can't be DIMM interleaving alone (which isn't activated on the A7M266)...
