OT Hays Newsletter. What's the cost per year. Also, is he turning positive on any tech names here or continue to look for a bottom. I've read about him in Barrons and he seems to have the right caution for this market. It would be interesting to see if he can call the bottom. I've got more cash than I've had in four years and not willing to part with it for more than short term trades. But nice to see all the green in oil sector today.
