Standing in front of a freight train. Major bail! I always love it when some fund managers and analysts listen to a quarterly conference call and go "oooops, this isn't the company that I thought we owned (and/or recommended)". Fortunately -- for traders -- it's attracted the momentum shorts. BTW.... I know a smidge about PanVera. Seems like a sensational fit at very reasonable cost, to me.
