I have requested an explanation from Winspear in regard to the options
three times this week with no response. Yesterday I mentioned that I
could be in their office in 1 hour and would like to have a face to face meeting if they would not respond. This is the answer which was received this morning

Management has been away from the office this week and are currently reviewing the email received regarding the last press release. I wait for an answer from them and then will gladly forward their statment when available.
