It need not be anthropocentric. Other things of importance may be going on in other corners of the universe. But on this Earth, yes, I am saying that man is the center of the action, not merely for himself, but as intended by the Designer, and that the drive to improve, learn, invent are important to the underlying intention of things. Among other things. As far a IDT goes, I would imagine it is inherently anthropocentric, at least in this limited sense, since it would say that there was purpose to man's superior position on this planet. As far as evolution goes, I do not think that IDT is incompatible with evolution, only with mechanistic evolution, purposeless, random evolution, which is the prevailing model........
