I dunno, practically every human behavior is considered OK to *some* groups of people.

For example, rape is considered funny if it's somebody getting boinked by Big Larry in prison.

Even sexual abuse of children is perfectly accepted, and even encouraged, by NAMBLA.

Then you've got tribes where cannibalism is a part of their culture..

And men are heros when they slaughter dozens of people with a gun, as long as it's people from the other country and you're wearing a uniform.
