Orthodox. I have alot of Ukrainian in me and my grandmother did this and in fact when we were little I remember fasting for Lent, eating potato perogi(sp?), sauerkraut(Kapusta<--phonetical, rice rolled in cabbage leaf,veggie- borscht. She was orthodox deeply - crossing herself 3 times, rosary, lots of icons, we prayed alot. She took care of us while the parents were working- really didnt know english til I was 5. then we moved. changes, and we did some of the same growning up, my cousins are trying to revive that tradition. Icons love the icons. Good Luck
