ATEL SHAREHOLDERS

This petition was just forwarded to me from fellow longs. If you feel that Mr. Bockler has had a detremental effect on this stock then please read on and decide wether you would like to participate in this effort.

-------------------------------------------

Anyone that would like to participate in the ATEL
Shareholder Petition calling for the removal of
Stewart Bockler from any Management & Board
Involvement. Please copy the Petition BELOW, Listing
your NAME and number of SHARES, and sent to these
THREE E-Mail Addresses:

CEO - Lary Liang: LLiang@Prodigy.net

Attorney - David Ficksman - DFicksman@Loeb.com

AccessTel - ALBSRB@aol.com

PS: DO NOT FORWARD this petition to them, copy and
send SEPERATELY, so as to protect your privacy.

I, .............................., Holder of
................ shares in ATEL have become aware that
SEC found that Stuart Bockler, President of
Imcadvisors, Inc., violated the anti-touting
provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 in the
promotion of ISFB stock. "From September 30, 1999,
through October 8, 1999, Respondents [S. Bockler]
violated Section 17(b) of the Securities Act."

sec.gov

I believe Mr Bockler presence is detrimental feel
there has been a "material lack of disclosure" by him
and he does not possess the necessary qualifications
to be the CFO of ATEL and that the foregoing
Violations of the SEC Rules render him wholly
unsuitable as an Officer of the Company. The SEC
findings have been extensively published on the
various Shorting threads, resulting in the stock being
been sold short. I believe the continued presence of
Mr Bockler at ATEL is the direct cause for the current
negative trend of the stock price and subsequent
losses experienced.

Should Mr Bockler not resign all positions at ATEL and
continue to jeopardize the value of my investment, I
hereby give Notice that I will make every efforts to
initiate/support a Shareholders Lawsuit against Mr
Bockler personally and any Company Director who
opposes his removal as an Officer and employee of
ATEL.
