I don't like those late term abortions either, but I doubt that women just waltz in on a whim to a willing doctor for a PBA, plopping $1000's of dollars for anesthesia and the procedure because they just made up their minds, or want revenge on their husbands. These are women whose health is in danger, have found gross deformities... I can't make a complete list, but I have to trust that their reasons are compelling. The alternative is panels, committees, and appeals processes.
