Here's to cheap or free or sliding scale pay contraception! I'd like it if there were more options for male contraception than condoms or vasectomies. I wish less men confused fertility with masculinity. Once I was looking at a magazine picture of a great looking sexy guy on the beach all sandy. My girlfriends and I joked about what he could actually say that would be as attractive. The number one thing was, "I have a vasectomy" . Call me uptight but the idea of getting pregnant really makes it hard to, um , let go? A vasectomy is a very sexy thing. AIDS aside, condoms are yukky. Foams taste bad. Pill and injection made me fat and moody. IUD gave me cramps. Tubals are more invasive than vasectomies. I placed my daughter for adoption, so I am strongly personally anti-abortion. I wish there were more options particularly on the male side. How about easily reversible vasectomies, and/or free storage of sperm in spermbanks?
