KR, Relax dude, it takes a long while to wean yourself from the meat (the blood in it is the most addicting drug on earth). Work your way down the food chain and don't beat up on yourself when you let yourself fail. I started by shedding the beef in 1972 (or was it 1872?), and then rid myself of the eggs, fish, and the silk stockings. Welcome to the higher moral plane. Len
