CIEN short with a target of 25, former CEO left the company and started CORV, didn't like the progress of the company,coupled with a high PE even with NEXT YEAR'S earning estimates of $1.20, telecom spending has slowed, more competitors, product obselence...short this position is a no brainer given the history of how the stock tanked 2 years ago on bad news
